It means photographing the day as it happens rather than directing it. Expect candid, unposed images rather than a long list of formal poses. If your family wants a few traditional group shots, that's completely fine too; documentary doesn't mean no posed photos, it just means they're not the main event.

I try not to confine my coverage by hours. Every wedding is different and I wont miss important moment just because its 5 mins longer than agreed.
My Premium offering covers the day, regardless of how long that it. My essential package covers around 8 hours as a general ballpark. -
I don't guarantee a set number of images, and that's deliberate. Counting shots encourages padding a gallery with near-duplicates, the same flower arrangement from five slightly different angles just to hit a number.
Instead, you get every moment worth keeping, properly edited, and nothing you don't need.

A deposit of 20% secures your date, with the balance due 30 days before the wedding.
Get in touch via the contact page with your date and venue and I'll confirm availability.

Low light is genuinely where I do my best work, it's where the name comes from.
Overcast skies, dim receptions, evening light, none of it changes how I shoot.

As soon as possible, which changes depending on the amount of coverage, so a 3 hour wedding at once venue would be a different turn around to a 10 hour, 3 venue wedding day.
What I will say though is you will get your photos back within 2 weeks regardless.
We can also agree any sneak peaks/social content beforehand.

If we are talking Italy, then I’ll book the flight now.
Generally though I cover mainly Yorkshire but Im pretty open to any reasonable travel depending on the amount of coverage booked.
So I might not travel 4 hours for a 2 hour wedding, but for full day weddings I’m happy to travel as far as needed.
